  10. MuProtectModules is an extension and helper tool for the "LoadModules"
  11. program of the same author. While LoadModules uses system resident modules,
  12. e.g. libraries, and installs them reset-resident, it is then the job of
  13. MuProtectModules to write protect these modules.
  14.  
  15. Usage is pretty simple: MuProtectModules should be run in the 
  16. startup-sequence somewhere below "LoadModules". It only takes two
  17. arguments, "ON" or "OFF" to either enable or disable the protection.
  18. Please study the guide for more details.

  22. This tool is part of the MMULib distribution. To find out more about the
  23. mmu.library and its goals, download util/libs/MMULib.lha.

  27. Quick installation notes:
  28.  
  29.     - Download "util/boot/LoadModules" as well.
  30.     - Copy LIBS/mmu.library to LIBS:
  31.     - Copy MuTools/MuProtectModules to C:
  32.     - Install "LoadModules" for installation of the desired ROM
  33.       modules.
  34.     - Run "MuProtectModules ON" in the startup-sequence.
  35.     - Read the MMU.Guide and MuProtectModules.guide as soon 
  36.       as you've some time.
